Orange County Superior Courthouse – Harbor Justice Center is located in Newport Beach off Jamboree Rd. found between the 73 and 405 freeways. The courthouse encompasses crimes occurring in Irvine, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Dana Point, San Clemente, and more. This court handles both felony and misdemeanor cases ranging from DUI, white-collar crimes, up to murder. The District Attorney’s Office is on the first floor towards the back of the courthouse as you enter. The criminal clerk’s office is located on the first floor on the left-hand side as you go through security.
