Orange County Superior Courthouse – West Justice Center is located in the City of Westminster just off Beach Blvd. If you’ve been arrested in Garden Grove, Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, and Costa Mesa, then your case will be filed at the West Justice Center. The courthouse is located at 8141 13th St. Westminster, CA 92683. The courthouse is adjacent to the OC Probation Department having jurisdiction over the above-named municipalities.

The clerk’s office is located either outside or on the right hand side as you pass the security entrance.
